Take this Basic Internet pre-quiz to see what you know about the internet and how it can be used to complete a research project.
Step 1: Formulate research questions - Start by writing specific research questions. Doing so will help you narrow your topic and determine exactly what information you need. Step 2: List possible sources of information - Before you go online, try to identify any sources that might have information on your topic. Step 3: Brainstorm possible media elements - Since you are creating a multi-media report, you'll need to find a variety of media resources in addition to traditional informative texts. Step 4: Identify key words - Review steps 1-3 to find keywords. It may look like this:
